This brave women did everything she could to get the law to help her and protect her. Even repeated phone calls to the police did not make her safe. Instead she ended up calling 911and you can hear her very real fear filled call.She is alive today because she had a handgun and defended herself. It only took five minutes for her attacker to make it to her locked bedroom where she hid herself in a closet. Only five minutes and the police were still on their way to help but were not there yet. The police just can't be everywhere at once and are likely not where you are when you need them the most.The 911 operator was calm during the call, but certainly not much help. Notice that she tells the caller that 'it's only been 2 minutes' and the police are on the way. In fact, it was more than twice that long -- almost 5 minutes. She also instructs the caller to not do anything hasty once she knows that the caller is armed. Again this scared women did everything right but in the end it was her right to bear arms and defend herself from attack that saved her life. http://www.saf.org

@2skullscrushing The 25acp has taken the most life of any round in the US, and is basically a centerfire .22 . The whole assault rifle thing is propagated by a bunch of jackasses who don't know anything about arms.

The men of Sparta felt perfectly comfortable leaving their country to fight in wars. Why? Because the women of Sparta where just as heavily trained in combat tactics as the men were. This video is a testament to why every woman should learn some form of self defense, whether with a firearm (the force multiplier and great equalizer) or hand to hand combat techniques.

Dial 911 and Die! The police are not under any obligation to protect you or anybody! Case law, they can not be everywhere at the same time.

I am glad my wife and I have our CCH. I feel much safer that she carries a gun with her. If she is broken down on a road or she is in taking a walk, she has an equalizer. No matter how big the guy is that tries to harm her, one shot with a hollow point .38 will equal the playing field.

I just loved hearing this puke being wasted. That was the funniest thing I've heard this week. To bad I couldn't have seen it. About warning shots. There is only one place for shots. That's two to the thoracic cavity and one to the ocular cranial cavity. Also for what it's worth I would never call 911. The police are useless. If they did get there in time they would probably get in the way while I was wasting some peice of human garbage. I'd just waste the guy and dispose of the body.
