Lil' Wayne is easily one of the top 10 rappers alive right now. I'm not a huge Wayne fan, but the honest truth is that he has a talent for making hot songs. Personally I believe his songs do lack depth and meaning at times, but still as far as hard hitting punch lines and delivery. Wayne is simply a monster in the booth. Lil' Wayne is a rapper which is different from a hip hop artist and as far as RAPPING goes... he might be the best to ever do it. Point Blank Period
