A budget surplus means nothing. If the Government creates a $2 Trillion Dollar budget then "Only" spends $1.8 Trillion there is a "$200 Billion Dollar Surplus". The Country was severely in debt under Bush. And Obama is also making it worse.And Obama is now supporting the renomination of Ben Bernanke as Federal Reserve Chairman. For those who do not know... Ben Bernanke was orignially a Bush Appointee. If Obama wants to Blame Bush then why does he keep appointing the same people?

When the Bush administration left office, it handed President Obama a $1.3 trillion deficit -- and projected shortfalls of $8 trillion for the next decade.

I understand that Afghanistan will soon commence proceedings and charge former US President George W. 'Mass Murderer" Bush with crimes agaimnst humanity at the Internaitonal Court of Justice (a.k.a. World Court) in s'Gravenhagen (i.e. The Hague), Netherlands. It is about G.d. time to tar and feather that murderous, lying bastard, I say!
