THIS: Do you honestly think if a white person and a Black person both applied for employment at a company, and they both had basically the same credentials, but the black man was slightly more qualified than the white guy, can you honestly say that you think the white guy wouldn't hired first??? checked, Blacks have one tenth of 1% of all the wealth in this country, and whites have laws passed to prevent you from getting more....And based on the fact that Blacks in this country don't own anything, don't control anything, and don't have any POWER, yes, it is critical to keep a positive image of Blacks as opposed to "SHUCKIN and JIVIN" for the white man...Matter of fact, the last time you applied for a job, What color was the interviewer??
