I wasn't very clear in my comment. My distinction was that in a dynamic system, a forcing function of any magnitude (at the system's natural frequency) is capable of causing the system to resonate. The statement made that marching alone can not cause resonance is not true. There does not need to be an additional perturbation such as a 'vibe'.
