Are you not going to meet up with them at all? Doesn't it seem strange to have Susan so close? Did they see her at the airport?

Fine, except it's a 70's disco party theme - the 50's greaser party was the week before Halloween. There are usually 6 to 8 couples in attendance - Jessica (Kathy's niece) is 22 has been doing it Kathy's for abt 4 years now and they have semi-regular "theme" parties. There is no alcohol, cigarettes or drugs allowed so the authentic 1960's Coke machine gets a good workout as does the 70's vintage stereo system. Will pm you later. bye-bye for now.

oh I spoke to leslie, jane and ny! they sound great. They were so excited to see Susan. This is jane's first time to NYC. Big Wow and gobsmack coming up for her. goodnight

oh by he way- people here pay a lot to get that orange glow! They get sprayed to look "tanned by the sun" but most look orangy!

Haven't posted pic yet. Made it black and white as funny light in restaurant gave us an unhealthy orange glow. Alex gave me his number but asked me not to give it out. I don't really want to worry him. He seems quite a private kind of guy. Sure he stayed in hospital overnight anyway so will be a while til he gets home. Maybe even stay for more tests or procedures. I am going to weed my lawn this morning to relieve my frustrations. DId you get the papers back in order after cats tried to help?

Good luck with the party - at this time of year, you are 7 hours ahead of us (+7) First Sunday in November to the Second Sunday in March (+7) - From the First Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, you are 6 hours ahead (when we are on Daylight Savings Time in the Eastern Time Zone of North America). I am not in a good mood today. Sometimes I get so tired of beng cheerful and nice to everyone and just want to spend time vegetating in my own onion patch. Probably got low blood sugar as I haven't had breakfast yet and the two ciders and glass of wine last night are disagreeing with me... |
