@kappkids don't do squats with heavy weight if its your back eh! i find deadlifts/squats put a lot of pressure on my back

@jesuistahmid hahaha, yea i think i am just going to do a few squats and not do the jumping ones tonight, then do some leg machines, wait for my back to heal up.. shit sucks haha

@kappkids Yea its hard If you don't do the techniques properly then you can hurt yourself. Last night i was doing 4 sets of split push and i didn't do it right a few times and my shoulder and wrists killed. my lower back also hurts a t... thi smorning putting on my socks were a mission! LOL

@jesuistahmid for sure. i just pulled something in my lower back about a week ago doing some of this stuff.. my legs are all healed up but my lower right back it killing me still.. its a lot better but feels like it wont be healed for about a month.. when i put socks or pants on standing up it hurts the most haha

@AlanCSSNub so true.. i tried to jump up with an explosion with just a 45 on each side and could barely get off the ground the first time i started to do these lol
